Overview

These Working Terms outline how Zycore (“we”, “our”, or “us”) works with clients. By engaging our services or contacting us for project work, you agree to these terms.

Scope of Work

The scope, timeline, and deliverables of any project will be clearly defined in writing before work begins. We only proceed once both sides agree on expectations.

Payments

Payment structure, milestones, and timelines are agreed upon before the start of a project. Unless stated otherwise:

  • An advance payment is required to begin work
  • Payments made are non-refundable once work has started
  • Final deliverables are released after full payment
  • Any additional costs or changes will be discussed and approved before work continues.

Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included. Requests outside the original scope may require additional time or cost, which will be communicated in advance.

Ownership & Usage

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final agreed deliverables as defined in the project scope. Zycore retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and necessary materials. Delays in communication may affect timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Zycore is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Governing Law

These Working Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.
